Detailed and easy to talk to!

We’re not able to take my case as they don’t practice what I was needing but very professional and kind will be using them if ever needed

Although the case was stretched out by the opposing lawyer, when we got to hearings before a judge it became clear how well prepared and knowledgeable our lawyer Chris Burkes was.

I was in shock, I lost my 42 year daughter last April 2022 to breast cancer. She had been heavily medicated and told me that she had taken care of EVERYTHING. The week after her death, I was trying to find a probate attorney, and I found Chad Taylor. Neither one of us realized the mess that had been left due to COVID, CANCER and misplaced money and not being given access to my daughters house and personal papers. Chad was sympathetic and more patient than I could muster. He had to make me sit on my hands and shut my mouth more than one time, but he was nice about it but firm. We had to fight foreclosure on my daughter's house, so we could get it sold, but also had to find the money that had been placed inappropriately in a estate account of my parents, my daughter has been the executor of previously. You don't expect your children to die before you, so I had put my own home in my daughter's name, and when she became ill I tried to discuss it with her but she told me if she signed and added my name it meant she was dying and she said she was not going to die. As a mother, I just decided to let it go, but if Chad had not fought for me like he did, I could have lost my home that is paid off and been homeless This has taught me the nightmares that can happen if affairs are not taken care of before you die PROPERLY. No matter how much or how little you have, make a will and CALL CHAD TAYLOR.

These people are thieves , they never barely return calls , and still stealing money out of my account when I do not need there services and have handled the situation myself. They are the worst attorneys I’ve never had the pleasure of doing business with because the are not on point at all . Will be seeing if I can contact the better business bureau about them taking my money and never providing services needed .
