The people here are awesome! They do not hesitate to reach out to you when there is a change with your case. And they are very quick to respond whenever you have a question. They are always very professional and they actually care about the people they service.

I wish I had of known this was not a good law firm for Family law. After reading the reviews in regards to their Family law I realize now that they are doing alot of people the same way that I experienced over the last couple of months.I was not properly represented, no matter how much proof I had that I was doing everything I possibly could do, it was never takin into consideration. Everything that I requested was ignored and never put in the court order and nothing was thoroughly explained. I had to consult with other attorneys to find out there was so much more that could have been done. I lost $3000 and now have to pay for new representation.

Provided me with such relief by filing while I paid. Payment plan was easy. They worked with me when I needed to change a payment date. Very friendly. Very reassuring. Quick to respond if you have to leave a message, or text. Highly recommend.

Waited for them to call at our appointment we had made. No call so i emailed and sent back a text and nothing except a voicemail to call them back. And no answer to the same number i called the other day. Seems like they are to busy to sit down and discuss your case. My experience is if it starts out bad even before your schedule call it will end bad.

They worked really hard for me, and very fast to help me keep my possessions. They even worked with me on my down payment. I’m so grateful that I stumbled upon this company. I can sleep peacefully at night now thanks to Penny and whLaw.

At first Charlie seemed very helpful and down to earth until i decided to let him go. The day I decided to let Charlie go I first called the office to see how I would go about letting Charlie go if I no longer needed his services.(which then I spoke with his assistant) After I sent Charlie a email letting him know that I no longer needed his services he messaged me back asking me why which I never respond in the timely manner he wanted me to. So he sends me this long nasty message about how I still owed him his money for services and how he would sue me If I was to stop the drafts from my account (which I never said he's just assuming at this point) he went on to how he was letting me pay installments etc.. He thought that since i was firing him that I wasn't going to pay him the remaining balance that I owed (I though about posting the email). So I simply responded to the unprofessional email stating that I had no problem with paying him and that it wasn't that big of a deal to me and that I just needed to know how to go about the situation. Being that this my first time dealing with a situation like this. After I emailed Charlie to let him know he could still draft my account like I agreed for the amount that I owed he was then relaxed and then begin to tell me that he was sorry about him being rude and that the reason he was being rude was because he had a lot going on and that his assistant said i was rude and had a attitude (which was a lie) and was upset when i called to ask how I would go about letting him go. I would never in a million years recommend Charlie with RHLaw to anyone. He's rude and very unprofessional.

Thank you for listening. My family lives day to day on what we earn so a $4500 deposit is not possible.

Team work is what makes the dream work and I can definitely say what a great team. My experience thus far has been “AWESOME” the support, love, and patience that has been shown to me is the “KEY” component to my decision to choose this law firm.
