Showed up for an appointment today that had been scheduled for months. Chris Rippy purportedly decided to do continuing education rather than honor our confirmed appointment. No one was at the office to speak with us. Don’t take time off work or make a long drive to talk with attorneys that won’t bother to show up.

Ashley was prompt, professional and explained estate planning in common language that was easy to understand and had patience with my questions!

We had a great initial call with Ms. Stepps and will definitely be using her for our estate planning!

My review is as relates to this firms handling of an eviction case at my rental property in Little Rock, AR. This attorney's office started the eviction on 08/21/23 at the request of my management company, Evernest Property Management, and the tenant moved out of their own free will simply because they felt like it on 01/24/24, with no end in sight on the side of the eviction. From a property owner standpoint, the unreasonable delay in processing this eviction was all due to a complete lack of communication and consistent miscommunication between my property management company, and this attorney's office, specifically Jasmine Hicks, who is listed as a paralegal. Additionally, I emailed Jasmine on numerous occasions to try and assist, get information and/or speed up the process and each time I was met with the same lack of urgency and disregard for my time/situation. As far as evictions go I would never use this office again nor recommend them to any else.

This experience was nice and calming and took a ease of my mind of processing. Miss. Stepps was a good listener and very knowledgeable of questions asked as well. Would recommend and return for future counseling.
