Awful communication. Sent several messages to lawyer Brett Abernathy that went unanswered. Some of his responses over their WH app were as short as 2 words. We spent quite a bit of money for little to no legal advice other than that we should pay or else he would be “forced to withdraw”. The last 3 questions prior to that message weren’t answered. We initially decided to withhold payment to seek counsel elsewhere. In the 3 days we have had new counsel we have spoken more to her than we did Brett in the 3 months prior. Also, Brett should really show up to court in a suit that doesn’t look like it wasn’t wet and wadded up in a gym bag for the week leading up to court.

The reason I didn't hire WhLaw is we worked out the differences between us for now. The future could be different. Time will tell. Thank you Chris Brown
