I have been going through custody and i have not see my daughter for one year now. I have talked to many attorneys hired and terminated services with others. We hired Stewart Whaley of WHlaw to help one of our employees with a DUI arrest that was pretty sketchy. We knew that being found not guilty of DUI was a long shot on the front end because the laws are stacked against the person arrested. Stewart was successful in getting the charges dropped without even going to trial. Our employee made a plea to careless driving in return for him being found not guilty of the DUI. Stewart facilitated him getting his drivers license back and the suspension released on his vehicle. We cannot say enough about the incredible outcome Stewart was able to get.
