Ms. Penny has been by far the BEST when it has come to my case. There was a small hiccup and Penny, after checking into the issue that I had called about, calls me and let me know that things had been corrected, she apologized and assured me that it had been fixed. From the beginning of this journey until the end, any staff that I’ve spoken with has been absolutely caring, kind, and understanding. I spoke with WH Law after another firm I'd been speaking with just stopped communicating. They are incredibly professional, thorough, and responsive (a HUGE green flag!). We walked through the process and got an idea of what bankruptcy would look like for me.
