They couldn't do anything for me but called when they said and took the time to tell me why. Gave me a consult for free knowing it would cost them. I appreciated that.

My youngest daughter Kathryn Lynn Bogan was discovered dead in Randolph County; 10/26/2022. I contacted your office and was immediately set up for a consultation. During the wait time until our initial consult, we accrued another death in our family and our household came down with the flu. WH law was VERY accommodating to our plight and rescheduled for yesterday's date of 01-10-2023. Ms. Mary Musselman was our contact and she went ABOVE AND BEYOND in attempting to help in this case. It has been determined that this is most likely a wrongful-death suit. Ms. Musselman was EXTREMELY PATIENT, as I conveyed the details surrounding our tragic loss. The consult was booked for 20 minutes, however due to the complexity of the situation and the Randolph County Sheriff's Office involvement, the consult ran over 56 minutes. Ms. Musselman attempted to wrap the conversation up, however, I would remember more information and it had to come out. This young attorney, was beyond helpful as she stated the case would be outside your spectrum of expertise, at this time. Ms. Musselman kept her word and compiled a list of possible firms that could take such a case. Ms. Musselman did state that her firm could handle the adoption of my deceased daughter's toddler. We will be using Ms. Musselman in the future for any legal needs regarding my beloved Grand-daughter Jesse Lynn. Thank you WHLaw Firm but emphatically great thanks to Ms. Mary Musselman. I am VERY pleased with the customer service and efficiency of WH Law, most notably, Ms. Penny Barger. Everyone at the firm has been very helpful and wonderful, but recently, Ms. Barger helped me resolve a very difficult and frustrating situation. One of the companies I made payments to prior to filing for my bankruptcy, withdrew money from my account after being notified of my filing status almost 2 months earlier! I personally contacted them, but they gave me the run around and was refusing to refund the payment. I contacted WH Law and Ms. Barger called me back the same day. She then went through the frustrating process of dealing with these very resistant individuals, and within 24 hours, she had my funds in process to be refunded!
