I am here to tell Wes doesn't mess around . Workman's Comp was being extremely pushy and never paying on time . I was worried for myself , my wife and small children. Wes got them to up my weekly pay and and I was able to settle out of court . I wouldn't be able to start my own business if it wasnt for Wes . I am very thankful to have found him . . Thank you Wes.

Wes not only got me a great settlement, he also helped point me in the right direction medically! Every conversation I had with either him or his office manager was simple and always professional. After 2 years of pain and not knowing what the outcome would be, the opposing insurance offered me a VERY low amount for all the pain and workless months I had to endure. Wes went after them and was able to 10x their offer within 2months. I would HIGHLY recommend using him for your case!

Mr Cottrell represented me regarding a dog bite incident. He did a great job in the settlement negotiations and, in the end, I was awarded a fair and just amount. He fought for me and reassured me at the same time. I was pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend him.

A close family member used Mr. Cottrell for their disability benefits and he NEVER personally consulted with them. Julie (the assistant) was the only one to communicate for the entire process! He was suppose to represent them but had his assistant submit a reconsideration application that they themselves could have completed. No case before a judge was ever completed and once the benefits were received (my family members called SSA personally), Mr. Cottrell received over $1,000 in payment from SSA! I would not recommend this firm to ANYONE! Also, the assistant was very disrespectful and rude throughout the entire process. No one deserves to be treated that way! I decided to write a review so that this doesn’t happen to anyone else!

Current update Mr Cottrell is now handling a business liability injury case that happened back in July of 2021, In January 27th I was rear-ended in a car accident he is now handling both of those cases as well. I would never go anywhere else but Cottrell law office there I know I am in excellent hands. You'll not find a better lawyer than Wes Cottrell.
