I went to Martin Attorneys to file for bankruptcy and during my filing my car was repossessed, with their help I was able to get it back. Martin Attorneys know what they are doing and they know the law, I highly recommend Martin Attorneys should you need help.

Delay after delay and than take your money. Never use, they lie alot especially the bankruptcy attorneys

After losing a portion of my monthly income, I was unable to pay all my debt every month. I didn't want to wait until I was behind on everything and in dire straights so I went to them for help. The first consultation I told them of all the bills that I had, what my monthly income was and asked for their help. They told me since most of the items were unsecured debt that I could file a Chapter 13 bankruptcy, everyone would get paid back under this program. They gave me what the monthly payment would be, the price of the service, and set up an appointment to file. On the day of the appointment, I came in with all the paperwork that they requested. They put everything into the computer then told me what the payment would be every month, this payment was not the same as the one told me on the first visit, it was almost double the amount. I paid the fee they required and left the office crying wondering how I was going to be able to afford the monthly payment. After speaking with a friend, I called back and canceled the bankruptcy. I realize that you can't always give the exact amount but I had given them all the amounts at the first visit, nothing had changed. The fee I paid was gone and I still had no solution to my debt problem, I would NOT recommend this company.

Shea was my advisor, advocate, and by time it was over, I also considered her a friend. Her real world experience made her not only relatable, but often times my confidant. I highly recommend Shea Crosby to anyone needing a family law attorney.
