I live out of state but was in the area for work. After a couple drinks with coworkers, I was pulled over and charged with a DWI, refusal to blow, and reckless driving. Because I was out of state, it was difficult for me to travel in for court. Victoria helped make this easy, eliminating the need for me to travel in initially and then postponing my court date to accommodate my schedule better. After the date was moved and before court, my attorney informed me that she had found that the arresting officer was no longer there and I was able to have my DWI found not guilty and the refusal and reckless driving were dropped! I am now working with Norwood to seal my DWI so it is removed from my record completely. They've been very accommodating and helpful in this stressful time!

Victoria Gammill got the dui removed, drug possession to just paraphenilia (spell) and C&I to just careless.... was able to get my drivers license back and I cant say enough how glad I am now that I went with Victoria. Going to jail at 7:30AM because my gps updated coming out of a parking lot causing me to swerve over a lane. Expert trained officers to recognize Traits I showed after waking 30 min prior and not having anything, medication, or even a drink of water that morning, but they say im under influence of drugs so I got to sit in the county for 13 hours on 4th of July. Worst day of my life but it could have got much worse if not for Victoria doing her thing! Rockstar!

Having no previous experience with this issue I was very concerned and nervous about this process and what to expect. I had lots of questions and Atty. Gammill was courteous and patient with me.
