A few months ago I was arrested on a Felony FTA fully believing I was going to trial for my original case (class Y) from six years ago. During those six years I went through many public defenders that I couldn't even get to answer the phone or call back so I rarely new what was going on with my case and it seemed all hope was lost. I was going to potentially spend half or the rest of my life in prison. When I got arrested a few months ago my fiance informed me she had gotten me a private attorney through Norwood and Norwood. Her name was Victoria. This person is a true miracle worker and I don’t think I can explain how much she helped me. I was set for trial in October, she got my charge dropped to a class D and got me a plead deal for 5 years of probation in September. This woman saved me and gave me a second chance at a normal life which is all I've needed since I caught this charge when I was 18. Amazing! My close family member got into some trouble that could have affected his entire future, his attorney Victoria, was able to have almost all charges dropped & one lowered to a misdemeanor. She also assisted in modified probation to allow his Medical marijuana for anxiety to be allowed. I could not have asked for a better outcome. It allows punishment but not to the extent his life would be ruined in the future & for someone young or old that is so important.
