Norwood and Norwood attorneys saved my bacon. I got into some trouble, and was scared to death. I met with the Norwood team and I immediately felt better. They then took care of my case and had it dismissed. I could not be more grateful, I wanna thank all of staff and attorneys, who were so friendly and helpful. Finally there price was more than reasonable and thank goodness I could afford them. Hopefully I do not need them again. But if I do they will be the people I call.

What a great firm! The attorneys are, in my opinion, the best in the business. They are extremely knowledgeable about the law and are very honest and caring. They are sure to make you feel comfortable and you will never feel judged by the attorneys or staff. Everyone is very helpful and go out of their way to answer any questions you may have and put your mind at ease. I was happy to see that their prices are extremely reasonable and that they offer payment plans to help you out. This firm goes above and beyond for their clients. All of the attorneys are great! The Norwoods have really put together a top notch team of professionals. I highly recommend this firm for any help that you could ever need be it a speeding ticket or something more severe. They can handle it!!

When my son got in trouble Doug Norwood stepped in and helped. Not only did he keep it off his record, he counseled my son in a way that really mattered. I'd go see him again in a minute.

If you're here because you're looking for a lawyer, stop now, press the back button on your browser, and find another attorney in the northwest Arkansas area. Heck, you'd be just as well off with a public defender. At no point did I feel like my case, for which I paid $900, was a priority at Norwood & Norwood. They accepted the police's side of the story as gospel and were uninterested in hearing what I had to say in defense of myself. I scheduled an appointment for a sit-down meeting to talk about the case. I arrived at the scheduled time and watched as 5 or 6 other clients went in ahead of me. I ended up waiting ~2 hours only to go in and be told to take a plea. I was never asked for my account of the ordeal. They try to sell you on the fact that they'll get your case dismissed, but the reality is you might get one or two minor charges dropped and that's it. It's worth noting that I NEVER met or spoke with Doug Norwood himself. Apparently my case was not important enough and was instead pawned off to other, less qualified attorneys within the firm. Avoid at all costs.
