John was instrumental in helping my wife and I get the help we needed after an auto accident that left my wife with a broken neck. From the beginning, John was thorough and explained step by step the process and how it would all work. I can' t say enough about how dedicated John and his secretary, Cheryl are in working for the client. Not only are they professional and know their stuff, but they are very caring people as well. The beginning I met Mr. Patterson he presented himself in a professional, friendly and courteous manner . He helped give me a understanding of the whole process that I went through and was helpful in answering any questions. The outcome was a favorable one and I thank him for everything.
