Gary and his staff have been wonderful to work with. Having never had to deal with estate issues or being an executor before, Gary walked me through each step of the process. He and his staff patiently answered all of my numerous questions and reassured me that I was doing everything correctly. Highly recommend Gary and his staff. I wish they practiced law in the state that I reside in.

I recently met with the DeWit team, very professional and answered all my questions, will certainly be back to finish my living trust documentation!

My dad was a private man and he thought it was a fantastic idea to not have a will. But ultimately, it turned out to be A rather great decision, for his biological children. After my dad died, I had to find a probate lawyer in the Fayetteville area while I live in a different state. I googled Probate lawyers while at an airport, and I found Gary DeWitt. I told him that I was going to be in town the following day and he just happened to be available and he answered all of my questions and I signed up. He advised me that the probate process for my dad’s case would take about 6 to 9 months. He was right. It took 8 months and he handled everything while I was out of state. He made himself available and he quickly responded to any and all questions that I had. He also responded very quickly to any court documents that was received or Required. I have the forms notarized and I scan them right back to him and it was handled promptly. Unfortunately I won’t be able to use any more Probate services as I no longer have any parents, but if I did, I would contact Gary again.

I had called them along with 6 other attorney's. My Aunt was very nervous about this because she did not have a good experience with other legal teams. She felt like they dismissed her. Calling in - I was a wreck but the young man who answered the phone started by putting me at ease, listened to my needs and then set up an appointment for my Aunt and I BOTH to attend. Gary then called us on time and he was incredibly patient with my Aunt ..even when she asked the same question again and again. Gary took so much time to make sure she understood and was comfortable. Never once did we feel rushed.. or ignorant because we did not know what to do. I also truly felt like Gary AND his whole team looked at us as human's and not just another number or paycheck. His wife was also incredibly kind and reachable. My Aunt told me after talking to him she did not want to meet with the other attorney's (which was fine) and we chose to move forward with him. He gave clear and detailed instructions, he was understanding it would take time to gather it all and when I got it together - they still welcomed us. Best call I ever made because it was worth hearing her relief to know what to do and the steps. Gary explained the process which was great since two other attorney's dismissed our question on how this would work. For that I will ALWAYS be grateful that Gary and his wife took the time to make sure we were informed, comfortable and just really down to earth people.

Took my grandmother to this Law Firm. Very professional, they are smaller but exactly what we were looking for. Very thorough on what they offer. Decently priced. We left feeling confident and well versed in our direction. Definitely recommend.

Gary was so very helpful and professional in working with our fathers estate probate. We had no idea what all this would involve, but Gary helped us navigate it and answered our endless questions. So grateful for his guidance in this trying time for our family.

We went to DeWitt Law Firm for estate planning. Gary and Winnie have been excellent through the whole process from start to finish.
