Don’t bother trying to call Morgan Doughty she won’t call you back. The secretary doesn’t seem to have any info. Called no less than 6 times and told we would get a call back and still nothing.

Morgan took care of my case better than I could've asked for. She was absolutely amazing. I recommend her to everyone.

I had the same awful experience as another user who posted, glad to see I am not alone. I called them asking for help with my case and was initially told there were two attorneys who could help me out. After a week of radio silence I called them back and was told to keep waiting and that is just how it works. After two more days I called back and Morgan at the front desk was extremely non-empathic. Told me they don't have to take my case and they only call if they decide to take your case. Why is it so hard to just say, "Hey thanks for your interest, but we can't take your case." This firm left me waiting and wasting my time for over a week and was extremely unprofessional and I would even say rude on the phone. Don't waste your time with this firm, find someone who treats you like a person instead of just taking the best case for them.

So I used this law firm under recommendation by a family member. They did not listen during communication and when asked for updates on the project they would be like “I’ll call you back later today when I know something.” A week went by and I had to contact them yet again. I can honestly say I will never use this firm again and will never recommend it to anyone. So disappointing
