Front desk personnel was rude and I couldn't even meet the lawyer after I was given an appt. Would not recommend their services.

A horrible experience where I was severely overcharged. I would NEVER refer anyone here or allow them to represent me again. Steven Fisher was the attorney that was hired to represent me. He took actions and submitted paperwork without my knowledge or approval initiating a court case in a manner I did not agree to. At that point I was locked in. Do your research and dig deep before you are locked in with this group.

I strongly recommend looking for an alternative. This is someone I would NEVER recommend or allow to represent me again. This was a horrible experience and extremely overpriced. Be prepared to pay for actions taken without your knowledge or approval, unnecessary billable actions taken on your behalf, and to feel like you are locked into representation that has their own interests in mind. I hope anyone that reads this is encouraged to do some research before getting into something you can not get yourself out of with Steve. He only called me from private numbers and was unavailable when I had questions and would reach out to the office phone. Zuliema, his gatekeeper, was equally unavailable and unhelpful.

After Auto accident, I reached out and hired them to represent my case, unfortunately Covid-19 happened soon after so things where off to a slow start, but Josh Smith jumped on board and started things moving, Josh went over and beyond, he answered my questions and responded quickly to answer or explain the process of an injury lawsuit. I know many others probably worked on my case, but I want to give Josh most of the credit. He’s an amazing young man and hope that he’s valued by his employer as much as this client values him. Thank you again for all you’ve done to make this experience a positive one.

I went to Stephen Fisher at Martin Attorneys, PA with a difficult situation in which I was trying to make an ex-spouse rise to a level of either upholding his commitments of our divorce decree in regards to our children or move on and stop causing emotional damage etc. Mr. Fisher was extremely compassionate and also very resourceful in helping us all come to the table to find a solution that, while still in the trial period, allows an environment for both parents to flourish and to be given every reason and opportunity to believe that all efforts have been made on both sides of the table to provide the best outcome for those most vulnerable and important – our kids. I will defiantly seek Mr. Fisher’s legal advice for matters in the future and refer friend’s family and strangers to him and his office. 5 Stars all the way!

I originally went with them for my divorce because the gave fair pricing and were prompt in responding. But shortly after I retained them, they quickly found reasons to extort more money from me. They basically held my divorce until I paid them hundreds more. I never once spoke to the actual lawyer of whom I supposedly retained. All in all I would not recommend them to anyone else. My simple uncontested divorce took almost a whole year to get done.

My lawyer got what needed to be done, done, in almost a year long affair to terminate a guardianship. I do feel taken advantage of, I was not told when I paid my retainer and hired my lawyer I would be severely overcharged. And while I did win the case, I feel I am paying way more than what it’s worth. I even got charged just to email a new address to my lawyer when I moved. I got charged with every email or contact with opposite attorneys or anyone involved in the case. I even requested my lawyer ask about the opposite side paying for some of my fees because it was just getting so absurd, he did not ever say anything about it. This was my first time having to hire a lawyer for anything so maybe that’s how it works but I wish I would have known so I could have looked at other options I could afford . Took their time responding to any contact causing me so much anxiety and stress. I felt like they did not care about my case. My lawyers assistant was almost always very rude, she threatened that my lawyer would withdraw from my case weeks before my court date because I was behind on payments. I am still struggling to keep up with new charges even two months after my court date that I don’t even understand what I’m still being charged for. Would not recommend if you’re on a budget mainly. There is more affordable and more friendlier options out there I found out after I had already put in a lot of money towards these attorneys.
