Potential bias and unethical practices
“I have many grievances currently against Samantha Bolton, executor attorney of my dad's estate. For one, she has not emailed me to address ALL of my emailed and exhibits of documented proofs of my being the only child heir. Nor has she addressed ALL the emails of what I have done and spent on the estate. Which has caused me to feel biased treatments and other unethical practices from her.”

Ineffective representation and poor case outcomes
“This man took thousands of dollars and did little to nothing for me or my case. His paralegal wrote up most of the documents that more often that not were riddled with wrong names, birthdates and other information. So much so, that I had to personally make corrections after paying for said documents then pay again for the corrections I made. He destroyed evidence in front of my children. He had private meetings with my ex and his lawyer, Pal Rainy. He basically sat in court and did NOTHING. Needless to say, my husband won. My son killed himself because he hated living with his father so much!!! Thanks Bernard 🤬🤬”
