Kathleen Talbott is very easy to work with. She always takes the time to listen to your concerns as well as explain every aspect of your case. I have chosen her to represent me three times over the past 10 years. Every time I have worked with her, the outcomes have been in my favor. She worked to keep me updated, and kept my best interests in mind at all times. I wouldn't hesitate to call her if I ever need any legal help!

Don’t use her. Will take your money and do nothing for your case. Paid her back in June of 2018. It’s now 2021 and absolutely nothing has been done. Reporting her to the bar. Oh. And before you say I’ve never been your client, I paid you on behalf of Benjamin W. Edited to add. Her comprehension skills are obviously lacking as I stated she was paid by me for her client.

I'm not going to go into the details of my personal case, but it was a HOT mess. TRUST that this man will have your back!! When you feel like your case may just be hopeless, it's not. He gets that you're beyond frustrated with the West Memphis court system and that absolutely no one seems to want to listen to what actually happened. I can not stress enough how this man lit saved my whole life when the court system just kept piling it on top and charging everything they could. *****A 50k bond and 24 years in jail was reduced down to a bless Lord Jesus in heaven reasonable charge for my case**** I watched him in the court room steady doing similar things for ALL of his clients when he was able. He IS NOT afraid to push back against the broken system that has been ruling this town for far too long.
