AJ and Jeff have been amazing with their response time and knowledge when it comes to assisting me with my Associations. After sitting through numerous Board Orientations from other firms, Beaumont Tashjian is by far the best.

We have experience a quick response from this law firm for our Associations. When requesting legal opinions; they provide a clear outline of the Association's legal documents and their recommendations for the Board to clearly understand. They have also conducted Board Orientations for our HOAs. Board members have felt very comfortable during the board orientation to ask any questions they may have to gain an understanding on their responsibilities as a Board member.

We are homeowners with an HOA and we received a very threatening letter from Beaumont which contained two bogus claims. We believe this was retaliation from our HOA board over critical comments. We felt this was so egregious that filed a complaint to the bar of California against the attorney who sent the letter from this firm. We felt that either the attorney from this firm did not do any due diligence to validate the HOA complaints against us (incompetent), or they were complicit with the threats and attempt to bully and silence (corrupt.) Either way...no bueno. My understanding from talking to the state bar attorney who is reviewing our complaint is that the lawyer claimed he was just acting on the false information he received from the HOA; claiming incompetence as the defense.

I would not think twice about hiring this firm. They are not knowledgeable and seek to create more issues than they are paid to fix. They prolong issues so hoa companies render services long term so they get paid. Bad practice.

Not the most professional law office. Not very knowledgeable either. I would not suggest rendering service for this office.

Not the nicest people. They Help HOA ruin living for neighbors, create tension for communities by empowering HOA and advising them to Enforce bylaws that are not in tune with state laws. Horrible common sense people.

Top Level firm on complex HOA issues. Jeff Beaumont is great presenter/teacher.

Where do i start?! I could right a book about their awfulness. They are the lawyers that represent my crooked HOA! They are horrible! They lie, cheat, unprofessional, bullies, unethical, rude, inexperienced and TERRIBLE. The lead attorney hit my car and left the scene. YES it was a hit and run. He was caught because I had it all on video from a school parking lot camera. That in itself should tell you enough about this firm!!! I cannot believe they are still practicing!!! The two lead attorneys should be arrested.

My business partner and friend is a disabled Military veteran over 70 years old with extensive medical conditions and was harassed and discriminated against by this law firm and their client HOA by levying usury fees and fines and mandated that he install toxic and EPA prohibited mulch hazardous to his personal health.

I am a client of this firm through my Association. It is my opinion that the lawyer from this firm that I have interacted with is very unprofessional and discourteous. In dealing with minor issues that are a matter of our Association, I feel he has in instances personally interjected himself too much and acted in an emotional way that compromises professionalism and escalates issues that could otherwise be amicably resolved. His emotionality has led to unnecessary misunderstandings of simple pieces of information, he has misattributed information coming from one person to another, drawn unreasonable conclusions from information and in my opinion acted in a condescending and arrogant way. For instance in one correspondence where he misattibutes statements from someone else to me, conflates a courtesy e-mail I forwarded him as some sort of conspiratorial maneuver and accuses me of ill-intention he goes on to accuse me of "crude, inappropriate and dishonest behavior". I would give 0 stars to the individual I have had interaction with but I give 3 stars as I don't have enough information about other representatives of this company.
