I came to Benson Lau as the result of drug charges filed against me as the result of my collective in Los Angeles county, but his legal knowledge really spans the spectrum. I have referred him to multiple friends since, and all have been more than satisfied. Do not be fooled--this man may look young, but he possesses the wisdom of a veteran beyond his years! I could not express how informative he was and how easy he made the process on my family and I. Not only was he knowledgeable, Benson was also highly personal. His friendly and congenial personality put me at ease during my disposition, and there was never a point where I felt uncomfortable; in fact, the whole time I had this feeling that I was in good hands. It turns out that that feeling was not unwarranted as he was able to reduce my sentence AND my fine. I would highly recommend Benson to anyone seeking legal advice and/or counsel!

Benson is fantastic to work with. Despite facing a harsh ruling on a case, he rewrote our whole appeal (which would have otherwise antagonized the board, thanks to subpar work by a previous attorney) to a great standard. While we have yet to find out the success of our appeal, I know that had we not found Benson and had him step in, it is more than likely that not only would our appeal have failed in a most spectacular manner, but that it would have damaged our relationship with the board even more. Bottom line is, when working with Benson we felt very comfortable speaking with him regarding any issue or potential issue that may occur. He always responded in a timely and respectful manner, and I would recommend him to any colleagues and friends in the future.
