I would recommond Frances Campbell to anyone and everyone who is sick and tired of the slumlord who to take advantage of the tenants. Fran kept me and my husband informed about the progress of our case she has a beautiful heart but she is not the type of person you would wanna mess with and she makes sure to put up a fight for whats right. The thing I love most about Fran is that she does not try to take advantage of her clients she is fair, honest and she does her to keep her clients stress free.Fran really knows alot about landlords/tenant reviews and she is the type of lawyer that you want and need than your fighting against the landlord

I hired Fran Campbell to represent me in a complicated rent skimming, fraud, and quiet title action and could not have been happier with the level of representation she provided. Ms. Fran Campbell has been very efficient and professional. She works very fast and does not waste time. Ms. Campbell is the one to hire if you want a job done. She knows when to go and when to stop. But she will go further if the client wishes, and can predict the outcome. She will not go into the areas in which she is not an expert. I am satisfied in having her as my attorney, even though I lost the case. She had told me that from the beginning. Nevertheless, she stayed with me every step of the way. Therefore, I learned from her a great deal during the litigation process. For some reason, Ms. Campbell did not keep me involved in strategy setting on my case, and I will not guess at why. Since the court process for my type of case is very fast, a few issues slipped through the cracks. But Ms. Campbell did the best she could on my behalf within the extremely short time we were allowed.

Fran Campbell is a very knowledgable lawyer when it comes to the laws of tenants rights. She does everything by the book and doesnt use dirty tricks to get a point across. I highly recommend Fran if you have any problems with your landlord. She showed the court that what the landlord alleged was a big made up exaggerated story and she proved it to the jury

After a long saga with a difficult landlord, Fran made the process easy. I called her re: an illegal, unpermitted apartment after my landlord threatened a (bogus) eviction. She guided me through the situation and helped cut the legal bs my landlord was pulling. After not getting the proper advise from various city agencies and non profits, she was a great resource. And through it all, she helped allay my unease and fears. Would highly recommend.

This attorney did a magnificent job on a tenant's complaint case against a HUGE apartment owner/corporation. She fought for all of us and did not want to give up.
