My experience was horrible felt like I was dealing with the insurance company instead of my own attorney's office from the very beginning my attorney's here tried to lowball me and my son it didn't change until I spoke up don't let them know that I was familiar with the process once again horrible with Berg Law Firm 😡

Berg Injury Lawyers has exceed my expectations! I was in an unfortunate situation where my partner and I got injured from a car accident. Tim Chea was my case manager and I appreciate on how he answered all my questions and concerns. I appreciate on how he continuously checked on me regarding how treatments were going and making sure I was being taken care of. With being said, if a family or friend find themselves in an unfortunate situation, I would absolutely recommend Berg Injury Lawyers.

Well, I had the privilege of working with Susan Lyon who by the way was the 3rd attorney I worked with throughout this process. That being said, this was probably one of the most frustrating, and probably extended this case, beyond it being settled in a more timely manner. I feel this miscommunication was probably due to Berg & Associates being maybe too big of a law firm to keep track of attorneys being reassigned or dismissed from cases? As far as wrapping up my case with Susan she did do a fine job with returning calls and staying up on as to where this case was going. At the end she actually was able to renegotiate my settlement for a bigger payout from what my insurance company initially offered. Kudos to Susan she did a fantastic job and thank you so much! What I also enjoyed about Susan is that she was really easy to talk we actually became friends throughout all our communication. She's awesome! She's smart! And a wonderful person. Berg & Associate are lucky to have her on staff. Thank you Susan your the best!
