Berg is representing a relative of mine for social security. I agree with others when they say that they don’t do much. It’s pretty much just so you can say that you have a lawyer but they don’t actually do anything. They only have 1 person that handles ALL the disability cases and she is very stressed out and has missed a few things but I think that it’s Bergs fault because they should have more than 1 person working the disability cases. My niece went to the hearing with the attorney provided by Berg and he didn’t do or say a thing so I Donis understand the purpose of ever hiring them. When they were done with the hearing she asked how he thought it all went.. his answer was he didn’t really understand what the Judge and the examiner were talking about.

Bergs injury lawyers is a really friendly place , they would help you out when you need it always open to answere questions you have .

For social security cases THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST! They have 1 poor lady handling hundreds and hundreds of cases no wonder so much falls through the cracks! I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE for ANYTHING other than INJURY CLAIMS! I lost my case NOT because I didn’t have the medical records but because BERG did a POOR JOB AND FAILED TO SUBMIT EVERYTHING IN A TIMELY MANNER. I should have listened to the social security office when they told me Berg is SEVERELY UNDERSTAFFED when it comes to social security claims.

Berg Injury Attornies and Support Staff were amazing! They made it so easy for me to heal physically and emotionally. I was kept up to date regarding my case. Never having to question the Process! I highly recommend Berg Injury Lawyers! They are personal and profesional. Two difficult positons to maintain in this crazy world. Thank you for everything! Steve and Evelyn were awesome!

I don’t understand the purpose of them sending a lawyer to “help” you with your disability case. What are they supposed to do? Real question here! All the lawyer did was sit next to me and write on a piece of paper. How’s that helpful? I don’t recommend Berg for these types of claims. They have one stressed out lady handling the entire state of California, she only works part time, if you call and it’s after noon or she’s too busy which is always but not her fault you’re SOL because nobody else at that office can help you nobody else knows anything about disability claims.

They will act like they care about all your problems while they are doing the intake. "Oh yeah we can help you with all your medical Bill's, oh yeah dental no problem." Until you sighn up and they decide that they dont meee yo pay attention to you anymore, your problems dont matter they need the next person just to make sure they have enough to stay open, they get 30% per person per case, my case has been going on 3 years, so think about how many people these scum are bringing in, saying they can help them but in the end they are not helping the people at all, they are just making the process longer and more stressful, by not answering, or saying one thing and another happens... I'm tired of it.... I have wasted 3 years of my time with this company and Its still not done yet ... hope you never have to deal with these low life people of the working world because they will make your life more difficult.... trust me. Seriously deserve to be shut down. Calling better business bureau right now to put in my case I bet they are not far from being shut down from complaints because of horrible business and people skills

Steve and Evelyn were both helpful to the last day, they worked me through every step and made sure that i fully understood the dealings of the case. I would recommend them to anyone in my family should they meet a unfortunate situation like i did.
