I want to thank all of the people that worked on my case. Thank you Kate, Olivia, and Marie. From the person that did my in-take to Marie negotiating and wrapping up my case, thank you so much. My car accident was major and I had to stop going to college. I just did Uber to make it through until my case closed. Now that my case is closed, I can go back to school. Unfortunately I am not one of those people that can take on too much. Working and going to school is easy for some but definitely not for me. If so, I would have been a Locksmith living in Los Angeles, CA and not in San Jose, CA. Even in high school my GPA was below a 2.0 when I played sports. Once I stopped playing and focused on school, I maintained a 3.5 GPA through the rest of high school. I do best when I am not overwhelmed but it took years to realize that. If I was a person that could handle stuff like that or two jobs or graveyard shifts, I would still be living in Los Angeles, CA. Sports is a different story. I wear glasess and my parents never got me eye contacts or goggles to play. Oh, I got goggles my sophomore year and toward the middle of the basketball season but I was already done with playing. I only stayed on the team because my Father told me to keep playing and he also said it would look would on my transcript. No playtime for me though. Coaches don't take you seriously when playing with prescription lenses. Besides, it is against the rules. Life would be different for me and I would have not been in this car accident and I would have not needed to contact Berg Injury Lawyers. I initially asked for a dollar amount when Kate asked me what would I like after everyone was paid. Kate said she would try to get me more than that. Then, months later I asked for an even bigger amount and she said she would shoot for it. My settlement end up being close to half of the bigger dollar amount. I am not trying to get rich here or be greedy about it. I just thought, what the heck? People ask for even more. What I was awarded will go a long way for someone who doesn't have kids or want them and someone who has very few bills. I only got a settlement because I was hit by another driver. The person that caused the accident had no car insurance and that would be the insurance company that would be the defendant. I am glad that I am alive although I broke my left leg and right ankle. I am glad Kate, Olivia, and Marie were able to do what we all see on daytime TV say that Berg Injury Lawyers would do.

Honestly I will recommend this place for anyone !! This place was quick with their responses and very helpful !

I am a client of Berg Injury Lawyers Alameda. I was injured in an accident about a year and a half ago. I was impressed by their service from the start. My case manager Marc Voisenat has handled my issues with professionalism the whole way. He has been business like, prompt and courteous the entire time. Always keeping in contact with me and keeping me up to date with any new developments. I am told my case is going to the litigation department. I can only expect the same to continue.
