I had two case managers, my only complaint was the first case manager made a doctors appointment for me to receive acupuncture and when I got there the doctor I saw told me they only took worker's comp. cases and I was charged $800 for the office visit that was less then 5 minutes, and was paid out of the settlement. Because they made the appt., and I didn't get the acupuncture, they should have paid for the visit.

My experience was beyond what I expected. I was given updates often on my case and rarely felt I had to ask questions. The info I was given either through the mail or on the phone answered everything . The case manager that was assigned to my case Marc was very efficient and respectful which made everything seem to go very smooth from beginning to end. I would 100 percent use them again and refer them to any of my friends and family. Thank you very much for making a very stressful situation not stressful at all.

It's been 2-1/2 years since my car accident, but Marie Lim managed to get me an additional 33% on top of my original settlement!! Not only does she have stellar negotiating skills, but she also has a very personable manner. I so much enjoyed our phone conversations during this process because she's always positive and encouraging...AND she never gives up doing her very best to get the client more of the settlement. Berg has some terrific people working for them, but I have to say that Marie deserves a "gold medal."

They are VERY, RESPONSIBLE, RESPECTFUL, and they Always asked me for my decision, instead of just proceeding and doing what they wanted! And Ms. Evelyn was the BEST, she DID everything to get me the Best amount for me! I LOVE BERG injury LAWYERS, I RECOMMEND them to ANYONE who needs a good LAWYER! WHEN I was in the HOSPITAL, I seen them on the commercial All day long! And I knew that if ANYTHING ever happened to me, I would get them!
