Guidance Through Legal Issues From the outset, Mr. Dosa provided me with invaluable guidance on navigating the complexities of my legal situation. After 6 months in jail for murder, I was out on $400k bail. I fired an attorney who had failed to open negotiations with the DA’s office by telephone or email. I hired Andrew Dósa. He approached the prosecutor, off-the-record in the courtroom, and made an appointment. After presenting my self-defense evidence, Andrew convinced the prosecutor to drop the murder charge plus about 2 dozen others. I am a free man today with no criminal record thanks to Andrew.

My family retained Andrew for a crazy civil harassment problem we were having with two neighbors across the street. Mr. Dosa represented me in a very large and complex insurance fraud case. Andrew work diligently taking depositions and challenging evidence. In the end, I was able to avoid jail time thanks to his skills. I have had dealings with other attorneys and found myself frustrated not having my calls returned or having to cover the same ground two and three times. I was looking for someone who was truly concerned with my well being and not just getting a retainer. I wanted someone who was honest, smart, proactive, hard working with a high level of integrity, and I wanted someone who knew the game and how to play it. I received all of that with Mr. Dosa and more. He offered one thing I did not expect. He understood how I felt, my frustration with not being heard, my exhaustion with worry, and my occasional outburst due to frustration. Because of this he never took anything I said personally. He stood steadfast with my best interest in mind even when I wanted to fold. I was faced with a few very serious charges. The D.A. was unwilling to work with us but Mr. Dosa did not give up until he actually managed to get [the DA to agree he would dismiss the charges]. This was his goal from the start. He did not want me to cave in and settle when he believed that I did nothing. This man believed in me and counseled me every step of the way. These types of things paralyze you with worry and make you want to do anything just to make it stop. Everything about my case was a battle. The D.A. would not supply us with one piece of evidence. Mr. Dosa filed more motions, wrote more letters and made many phone calls until he achieved everything he set out to do. The case will be dismissed. Even though the D.A. would not listen, Mr. Dosa found a way around them and got a Judge to listen and do the right thing. Mr. Dosa said we got lucky with a great Judge. Maybe, but I thing I got lucky finding a great attorney. I am in his debt.

Andrew Dosa has helped me with several legal issues, even going above and beyond to assist me. He is super smart and comes from a very ethical honest place.
