Just got released from Adelanto Detention Center through my lawyer William Kiang, right now I am holding the approval notice which certify that I will obtain the green card after 1 year in my hand. This legendary life experiences could be reviewed as the movie from other’s eye, but it really and truly happened to me. These dramatic life experiences need to be credited on the incredibly professional and experienced lawyer William Kiang(姜国栋). Before I go to the states, I was holding B2 visa and thought everything would be simple and smoothed, I thought my B2 tourist visa could have got passed, but unexpectedly everything changed from the moment I got off the plane. Unlike other tourist visa holders who luckily got smoothly passed, I was detained by ICE and transmitted to Adelanto Detention Center! If you can even imagine a single word to describe my mood then, I would have called it "the endless dark" situation! Without any experience I really did not know how to take the next road, my heart already sunk to the bottom as I followed by ICE and was brought to Adelanto Detention Center.Well, I still feel hard to refresh my memory of those days during the Detention Center, I had never experienced the term called “pass a day as if it were a year”in my entire life! I did not know if any of you could have any ideas of my worried, scared, nervous and depressed mood then! every single day I felt this doubled endless torment! I was under the high-pressure supervision for 24 hours during that time, it depressed me as if the robot in a totally controlled prison. It was a total of six people in my room, as long as the room just got a little noise, the light will be turned on for no reason, how can I maintain the normal human body be functional in that environment? From day and night I couldn’t sleep, eat and rest properly, I had been counting calendar every signing day and expected any assistance from outsourcing. while I reached the period of totally helpless, confusion and overwhelming situation, I didn’t see any light at the end of the dark tunnel until the moment my family reached out William Kiang lawyer! He came to the detention center to visit me from time to time personally, from the beginning he carefully asked me all my background information and discussed with my family members and relatives time to time until finally he helped me to get my case granted at court! It's really grateful of William Kiang lawyer, I must have a mental breakdown without his visiting, comforting and encouraging;I must have been repatriated if he didn't defend me at court and get my case granted;I couldn’t have any chance to win this case just in a few months and in addition, to obtain a green card after one year without his extensive experiences! The most thing gave me the mixed emotion was that there are a lot of illegal immigrants in the detention center, they pay even hundred thousands of dollars to local smugglers, and they were told to stay in the Mexican border first, and then to cross over the wall, or swimming, or even walking out of customer exit, but eventually most of them were detained to the immigration detention center. Although those smugglers will help them to find out defense lawyers, most of the lawyers are not prestigious enough and as the result that still a lot of illegal immigrants are classified as foreigners who cannot be defensible so they have to apply for asylum in the detention center! I have personally witnessed most legal services around me, since most lawyers do not want to personally go to the detention center by themselves but to communicate with customers through their own assistants,finally due to various reasons caused a lot of people in detention centers suffering for several months, and still lost their lawsuit, eventually as the final result had to be repatriated ruthlessly to their home country! I really feel sorry for them, it took so many prices for them but were not capable of finding good lawyers who can help them! I strongly recommend lawyer William Kiang(姜国栋).
