I was “attorney shopping” for a real estate issue and found LS Carlson Law. I sent a message via their website and received a follow up call the next day. I spoke with Andrew who exhibited sincere warmth, genuine concern, patience, professionalism and just an all around great verbal demeanor. :-)) I met with Attorney Scott McDonald and it was a pleasure to speak with him. To be honest, I had a Car Salesman idea of attorneys but was gratefully proven wrong. He took the time to completely explain and educate me via his experience, professionalism, patience, honesty and humor. There was no sales pitch, just facts…thank goodness. I’m certainly no “big fish” and don’t have money to burn but he didn’t make me feel like my issue was too small for the firm. I left feeling empowered and understood. Hats off to LS Carlson Law! I had an very informative session with Jeff concerning my out of control HOA. I was at my Witts end while my they badgered me over false claims of property damage. Jeff walked me through the steps I could take to address some of the issue and explained the more difficult challenge of mediation. I can't thank Jeff enough for easing my fried nerves and offering me directions to pursue this matter further. I highly recommend Jeff to anyone who is being persecuted by their HOA.
