Lack of preparedness and attention to detail
“Julie dragged her feet claiming that there was plenty of time and there was no rush. During this time, just before a very important hearing, she went on vacation. During the hearing, Julie came ill-prepared, she didn't consult with my daughter to have all the necessary emails, facts, and proof needed (which my daughter had prepared for her) to have a successful hearing.”
