He is the greatest attorney and hard to find someone like him He works very hard for you ,i hired him again and he did wonderful job For us again, he sent us emails and he explained each step of his work He is extreemly smart and care about his clients. He let us know our right And always have unique strategy in his work. I am a picky high-maintenance people in real life, be dragged with several ridiculous trouble. I have called/consulted more than 100+ attorneys in the past. When James called me back, he is not only patient but also be capable to convince me his professional advice. He has outstanding credibility which is very important/valuable to clients and jury. My English is not good, he didn't show any discrimination but slowly explain which the words I could understand. Last but not least, he stands in my position/angle to think/feel my pain/angry, Empathy, 95% attorney would never have/give!!! I would recommend James to my friends in the future.

We couldn't be more happy with the quality of service we received from Mr Denison. I called him, desperate for help regarding an Unlawful Detainer on a Friday evening, yet he still returned my call promptly and spent a long time talking to me on this initial consultation. He immediately put my mind at ease, we spoke about terms and I signed a contract to hire him by Monday morning. We were in a situation in which our landlord was harassing us and trying to force us out of our rental home by not cleaning up the mold and rats that had resulted from multiple plumbing leaks and the house being re-piped. Instead of fixing the house, the landlord declared the house uninhabitable, he wanted to hide all of the problems, use the insurance money for cosmetic enhancements and evict our family so he could rent out his newly renovated (but still rat and mold infested) house for more money. Mr Denison saw us through the entire attempt at negotiation with our landlord right through to our appearance in court which ultimately resulted in settlement through a court appointed mediator. Mr Denison was extremely professional, diligent and he paid careful attention to detail. He is a brilliant, very articulate man with an extremely quick mind and he is exactly the type of lawyer you want on your side in the court room. We were very happy with the way our case was settled in mediation as it was virtually what Mr Denison had been trying to negotiate for us in the first place but our landlord had been unwilling to accept until this point.
