Proceed with caution. I worked with attorney David Lally. He was very unprofessional, rude and overcharged me. He was not able to produce on what he promised. Further more, he was more concerned about getting paid, then the outcome of my case. Although Mr. Lally's selling point is that he has a lot of experience practicing law, he doesn't know how to use that experience in his arguments. I would advise anyone who is looking to for a good Bankruptcy Attorney to steer clear.

I am a lawyer in Northern California. I retained Mr. Lally to obtain relief from a bankruptcy stay filed in Santa Ana by an uninsured employer in a workers' compensation case. I contacted him by email and he quoted me a fair fee for the entire project including filing costs. He notified me what documents he needed from the work comp file and promptly filed the petition, attended the hearing, and obtained an order granting relief. The point is, he did exactly what was requested on time with no excuses, delays or extra charges.

My experience with David Lally has been a GREAT one. He has made himself always available for questions whether through email or phone. Mr. Lally has demonstrated an in depth knowledge of various diciplines of the law in particular Bankruptcy law. He has always given me best advice as how to view and decide on various aspects of the case and they have all proven to yield the best results possible, which FIRMLY suggests that David Lally has an extensive experience as a litigating attorney. A rare find in this field, in these times.
