Cons
1
Initial consultations can be costly, which may deter some potential clients
“Spoke to their call answering service or their front desk girl. Right away, she wanted 500.00 just to see about speaking a lawyer. A bit high out of the gates, i would guess their hourly will be need 1,300 or more.”
2
Billing can sometimes be perceived as excessive or unclear, leading to frustration for some clients
“I was charged $120 to leave a voicemail on my HOA's machine, when the office was closed after 1pm, twice. I had to pay hours of work for them to try and understand the case which i had writen out and had checked by 3 neighbors to see if it was crystal clear, They wrote a letter to the main HOA which was completely wrong as it refrenced the sub community, then i was charged over $1000 for it and had to argue for it to be cancelled, had they checked before sending id have clarified.”
