Lack of profissinalism and courtesy.

I would like to thank Mr. Mashney and his staff in handling my case and making this an excellent experience with his law firm. Mr. Mashney and his staff were very polite and very professional. He even took the time to explain to me page by page about some documents I received from the other parties, which by the way it was on his spare time to answer all of my concerns about those documents. Mr. Mashney responded on every email and text that I had questions and concerns and I got answers. My case went smoothly and on point just as he said it would. Mr. Mashney made himself accessible and told me if I have any other related issues pertaining any documents to give him a call. Thank you once again on doing a great job. Well for starters my mom is currently with Mashney law and some miscommunication arose with them, but Stephen was quick to access it as well as resolve our situation. We were both men about it and have decided to move forward. Stephen seems like a good honest guy that I can trust right now in providing my mom in her case. To begin woth, the receptionist who answered my call was really professional and she took all info needed from me and as soon she realized it was an urgent matter, she was able to squeeze me into a very soon appointment with Steve. I am a doctor who lives in Texas now. A few years ago, I lived in Orange County California. Once I needed to get a lawyer to help me with a legal issue. I was lucky enough to find Stephen Mashney. Mr. Mashney was very helpful in that he very quickly solved my legal issue without charging me a lot of money. He was very quick in responding to my emails and texts. A month ago, while in Texas, I had another legal issue come up. I immediately thought of Mr. Mashney, so I called him. He quickly returned my call and remembered me. Mr. Mashney was honest enough to tell me that because my legal issue was in Texas, he cannot help me because he is licensed in California and not Texas. However, he did not leave me stranded. Instead, he quickly, found me a Texas attorney (who was his nephew) to help me. I have to say that it’s very rare these days to find prompt and helpful lawyers like Mr. Mashney. I highly recommend him and I will always think of him whenever I need a lawyer.
