I am so grateful to Reza for his time, advice, guidance and encouragement. Nowadays nobody is willing to give you their time yet he was selfless and I was so grateful for the advice given. It is good to know that there are still attorneys that seek to help people. He has a heart to help people, has good communication skills and looks out for the best outcomes for his clients.

I very rarely write reviews as I tend to keep a very busy schedule with owning a business and carving out time for the family. My wife and I recently found ourselves in a somewhat precarious situation with the home we rented for the past 11 years. Out of the blue we were served with a notice to vacate because the owner wanted to sell the house. No warning, no other reason other than he wished to sell the home and he was unwilling to work with us on the timeline to get this done. Needless to say, when the time came to move, I was still searching for a home for my family and like I mentioned before the homeowner was not interested in talking with us and simply just took us to court. My wife and I were devastated and had no idea what to do, I tried calling other attorney's and was met with rude and condescending attitudes when I finally got someone on the phone. I was ready to throw in the towel and give up when I came across the phone number for Reza Williams at The Faithful Advocate. I was shocked that he picked up the phone right away and actually talked with me as I was not having the best of luck with the slew of attorney's I called prior. Reza Williams, is the only attorney I would trust to put in the work to win your case, or at least better your position with the case. Mr. Williams is working on my illegal evicition case and he was able to get an extension from the 30 days to 90 days giving me enough time to allocate the funds and resources to find a new residence.
