I would highly recommend you stay away from Martha Patterson. She made a bunch of mistakes when preparing a trust for a friend of mine and now my friend's family is in danger of losing their home. The family will now probably have to hire another attorney, go to court, and pay upwards of $10,000 to fix Martha's mistakes. And now Martha is ghosting my friend and won't even return her phone calls or e-mails. She seems all nice and sweet and caring until she gets your money and then she has no further use for you. Anyway, you've been warned!
