Mr Underwood helped me navigate successfully multiple issues with employer. He was prompt to answer phone calls and emails, was available for appointments and helped me managed successfully a very stressful situation. This is the guy you want on your side.

All I wanted to know is how to go about getting report time off, overtime and passing the 5th hour without lunch and he starting to get mad by raising his voice. No wonder no one wants to deal with people like this guy, over a consultation and you are getting upset. If you dont like your job, please find something better to do. I would not recommend him or even pick up his call when he is calling you back to talk to you.
