I hired Kris to help me with my custody issue over my son. I am a single mom and only had so much money to work with. Kris told my mother and I that my whole matter would be handled for $1,700.00. I went into detail regarding the issues and he was fully aware of the important issues for my son. He promised that he would get my son relief and he told me that the 2-2-5 plan would be best for my son in which I brought up. He said he agreed with what I was trying to accomplish for my son. I had Kris upload the court with my two parenting certificates and my declaration that I had my paralegal prepare. I had paid her separately. As she does not work for Kris. I emailed Kris the night before the hearing asking if I needed to bring anything with me. His response via email was "no I am ready". The day of our hearing I walked into the court room at 9:05 AM, to find that Kris had signed in, yet left to go to another case in another department. I repeatedly emailed him letting him know that I and my ex along with his attorney were there. He emailed me saying he was handling another matter in a different department. We waited for a long time. I kept emailing him. Then the judge called us up and I had to speak on my own behalf as Kris was nowhere to be found. He finally walked in late and told the judge that he was not prepared and new to the case and asked for a continuance. We walked out to the hallway and just to be told by Kris complete opposite of what he told me in his office and via email. He was more concerned over my ex and wanting a schedule that was good for him. I even said to him “who are you representing here me or my ex?” He knew that my son is having emotional issues over the schedule he is on. He could care less. Nothing was accomplished. He was with me for about 10 minutes and filed a few things to the court. I emailed him over my concerns and his response was that he burned through my $1,700 and that I owed him almost another $300.00 just to be paid current. He literally put less than an hours’ worth of work on my case. And $1,700 is gone. I emailed asking for a refund of all of my money and he said he would give a partial refund. I said well if I pay you for an hour you would owe me $1,305.00. Yet no response just giving me the form to discontinue his services. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with an attorney. He lied, he cared about my ex more, he could care less about my son, and he falsified his billing time. This man should not be allowed to do this to people. I have email correspondence of everything.

What I like about was there fixed price listed on their pamphlet. They have great reputation and know what they are doing. We talked to Lilit Kundani. He went through the paperwork and explained each steps thoroughly. He made it easier to understand the living estate planning. That helped us tremendously.

Incredibly knowledgable and helpful. They really took time to understand where I was coming from and how they could help me.

Do not use Kris. He makes up hours to bill you, accomplishes nothing, and rips you off. I’m taking him to arbitration. He promised to take the hour he charged to travel 4 miles to the court off of my bill, but then didn’t, and charged me for it again. Find a better attorney that will actually fight for you.

Having Kiran Sohal work on my auto accident case was such a great and seamless experience. She was very dedicated and did a great job explaining the ongoing process of every detail. My wife and I were very hesitant about suing a big company like Disney for a personal injury claim. We knew they were in the wrong but figured they had so many high-powered attorneys that our side of the story would not be heard. Our daughter was burned at one of the restaurants in Aulani. When we initially spoke to Lalit, he was very calming and reassuring that our voice would be heard. He listened to us, our concerns and what to expect. He was very through and meticulous extracting every detail of the incident before we forgot about it. He never put any words in our mouths but thoroughly and succinctly summarized our concerns to Disney. We ended up settling with Disney for a fair amount. Kiran was very helpful once the settlement was reached and was there to explain what to expect next with the paperwork and proceedings from the court. She always responded to my questions in a prompt manner. My daughter had to attend one of the court proceedings and she prepped us with what to expect. I remembered after the proceedings, Kiran went out of her way to buy ice cream for my daughter. She was beyond ecstatic after a long afternoon in the courthouse. Small things like that I will be forever grateful for and appreciative of. I cannot recommend Kundani & Chang enough. Completely professional and responsive to their client needs.

By far the best experience I have had working with a law firm. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. They guided me through the process and made sure I understood my options every step of the way.
