My wife and I implemented our original estate plan/family trust nearly 25 years ago. As circumstances and regulations changed, we have had Lalit Kundani / Bridge Law LLP re-state our trust two times. Both times were very good experiences. Most recently, in November 2024, we completed the second re-statement. Throughout the whole process Lalit and Elaina were very responsive to our needs. There were a couple of items where we needed further explanation and we were able to do this via Zoom calls which was very efficient. Lalit provided very clear information, not only about family trust law, but also about taxation of assets. Before finalizing our re-stated trust, we were able to have a Zoom call that included our financial advisor who agreed with everything that Lalit was proposing from a financial point of view. We also like the Bridge Law client portal where we can store important information regarding our assets and make updates when necessary. We recommend Lalit Kundani and Bridge Law LLP to anyone needing to develop a family trust.
