I tried asking a simple question, and before I could say I would pay for the person's time. The person on the phone said I couldn't give league advice over the phone and hung up.

For anybody who’s thinking about calling: I called to ask if they do free consultations, Shelly picked up and said no, it’s $380. Will call around and see what the going rate is. Saw this place has a lot of stars.

Even when I really like a business or service I don’t post reviews bc I don’t think about it. I HAVE to review and post on Amy and her staff bc I feel like I have become part of their work family with all the hearings and trials she has fought for me. Shoutout to Hemma and Shelley as well, you guys are the best and always responsive! My divorce/custody battle was a very messy and vindictive one. Im not posting this to talk about me, just know my situation was a messy one, basically the "worst case scenario." Seriously…. Amy is the one you need, please don’t look anywhere else. Seriously no where else. Did I mention you should hire Amy? Is this annoying? You will thank me for this review if you hire her and regret not listening if you hire someone else. I don't know Amy on a personal level outside of my case, so don't think this review is biased. Amy is not only an amazing Family Law Attorney, but she cares about her clients beyond court. I have been in an ongoing mess of a divorce and custody battle for almost 3 years. Amy is my 4th and FINAL Attorney, because I would never make the mistake of hiring anyone else again. Only regret I have is that I chose to retain someone else when the trials first started. Amy is not anymore expensive then any other family Attorney and knowing what I know now, I would gladly pay her whatever it cost. Amy not only fights like a mother for her child (me being the child) in court, but she’s intelligent, very knowledgeable and has a great personality. Even the hearings I didn’t get what I wanted or what I felt I deserved, I always felt comfortable knowing she had it under control. She had to tell me to leave her office after hearings many times bc I just wanted to stay and continue telling her how great she is. I have recommended Amy to anyone and everyone that has asked about an Attorney. I literally cannot say enough about Amy as my Attorney, she is amazing! I've never sent a Christmas card in my 37 years of life, but Amy and her staff will get one next year with a picture of my kids on it since she has fought for them without them knowing.

Amy Hilton and her team took on a very lengthy , complex and contentious case and through the years of litigation she never wavered in her commitment to me and my family to come to the best conclusion possible. She is dedicated, hard working, honest, well versed in the law and well connected when she needs to collaborate with other legal professionals. I continue to highly recommend her and her team.

Attentive, considerate, dedicated, diligent, responsive, knowledgeable, I could go on but basically think of every positive term you've heard used to describe an attorney and it probably applies. Amy Hilton represented me through a divorce in which I was accused of everything from hiding money to having a second family on the side, and not only systematically shut down every fallacious accusation, but ended up getting me a better settlement than I thought I could have hoped for. Throughout the whole sordid business she was calm and patient but completely dedicated to my case and always willing to discuss and recommend strategy, provide advice on related matters, and most importantly, listen. Her office was a pleasure to work with as well, always organized and prompt in responding to any inquiries, not to mention simply being pleasant to deal with one-on-one. Working with Amy and her staff was the one silver lining on the raging storm cloud that was my divorce, and while I would never want to undergo such an ordeal again, if the worst should happen and I find myself in future need, I will most definitely look to her for advice and, if possible, representation again. So basically, I certainly wouldn't divorce my wife just to get to work with Amy again, but if I were to find myself facing another divorce, at least I'd know who could best handle it with me.

Amy is more than over the top in her profession she is more than helpful to her clients not only with her education but she also uses her heart and that is extremely important and also hard to find in alot of lawyers but then she goes further to ensure that any children involved are going to be okay in such horrible times with whatever she can do to help. My next mention is to Amy's team, my experience with them any issues or problems, or questions you will get an answer promptly and satisfying. I have been through alot of lawyer offices and have paid thousands of dollars with absolutely no help, trust me Hilton Family Law will help you in your time of need.

I wanted to believe she was on our side, but she was not the family law attorney we expected. She gave me the run around, wasn't versed in certain areas of my divorce case, but wouldn't admit it. You could tell from her emails and in person demeanor when she wasn't sure, because neither her nor her staff were helpful. She took money from myself and my son and showed up to court with an 8" binder that she didn't use well to represent us. I gave her all the info and she dragged it out. It's comical the amount of money this divorce is over...not much at all sadly. Their billing process is also VERY flawed. I was to receive monthly invoices and at times she lumped 2-3 months together and expected immediate payment. Emails don't lie. Find another attorney. I'm sure I paid for her upgraded office.... There is so much more, message me if you want more info. Find another lawyer!! She took most of my house profits and I had to find another lawyer anyways when she I realized she wasn't trying to get a settlement offer with the ex, rather pushing me to trial (more money in her pocket). I'm sure I paid for her upgraded office too.
