Heather and her assistant Kayla are amazing! They have went above and beyond to ensure my Family Law Matter went exactly as we wanted! Heather did everything she could to ensure the safety of my son and his well being. I hired Heather June of 2020 for a Child Custody/DVRO case. She was always very professional and conducted herself well in the courtroom. I was pleased with her representing me because I thought all lawyers were like her. However, I have since been able to work with another lawyer about my same case. I quickly realized that not all operated the way Heather does. I know the saying goes, "A busy lawyer, is a good lawyer." Well, there is a point when too busy is NOT GOOD. I didn't know this while working with Heather but I know now that not all lawyers don't have time to return your calls, not all lawyers show up to hearings 30 minutes late and have to take you outside to get an update on the case, after clearly not looking at the case file since the last hearing (this happened every hearing). I also know that not all lawyers neglect explaining court orders to their client. I am now very disappointed with the service provided by Heather and her team. I hate writing this because they are all so nice and seem to be very knowledgeable of family law. I only write this for other single parents seeking a Lawyer that will pay attention to their case and make sure they fight 100% whole heartedly. I am thankful that I now have a different lawyer that has already made a huge difference in my case. Hire Heather because she is very professional and knowledgeable. But please be sure she provides the proper service your case requires. I didn't know while I had her, or I would have held her more accountable.
