I highly recommend John Buda. From our initial consultation to several follow-up inquiries I always felt confident that I had made the right decision hiring John Buda. I was nervous about applying directly and having the application declined due to so many nuances of the application. John knew all the answers and 'strategy' to get the job done. My wife's green card was approved within 5 months. Thank you John! PS And his fee was reasonable compared to other firms wanting 2X as much.

John Buda, by all means, is an effective and responsible immigration attorney. You cannot go wrong in choosing the Buda Law Group to represent your immigration needs. He and his staff helped my wife resubmit her Change of Status paper work after receiving a denial notice and possible deportation back to South Korea. This was due to a previous immigration attorney not advising my wife she should not leave the country during the process of getting her green card. He never advised for her to obtain the 512 advanced Parole or for her to get her employment card. Needless to say he was fired. Mr. Buda was always quick to respond to our questions, always returned phone messages and gave excellent advise when required. I highly recommend the Buda Law Group, they won't let you down!!

John Buda is awesome! He is very laidback and very patient. He helped my husband and I file for my permanent residency. Our case was a little more complicated due to my previous J-1 visa restrictions. I went to see other lawyers before Buda, but they did not know much about the J-1 situation for Chinese citizens specifically. Buda was very knowledgeable and told us to apply for J-1 waiver and my permanent residency at the same time, which saved us a lot of time and trouble. I highly recommend John Buda! I will refer him to my friends and family as well.

My wife and I had been to about 4 other law groups before we went to see John. And needless to say he was the last. Simply put, John was the most informative, the most thorough, and he was also less $$ than the previous 4 we had talked to. It was very refreshing and nice because we did not have that much extra money to spend. We walked out of the office after our first visit beaming. He shoots you straight. And he also made me feel very comfortable about the whole process. Where as a few others that we had talked to did not. And that really went a long way. I was at ease for an extra 2 1/2 months of my life, thanks to him. HA! I don't know why, but others seemed to have less info or just something was missing. It feels like your talking to a relative when you are talking with him. He is very nice and courteous. And the entire process was expedited as much as possible. From beginning to end, very pleasant and easy to work with. I would say don't bother looking around much, he is great!

My husband and I went to John Buda for the green card application process; John prepared all our documents extremely quick without any issues. Our interview date was set for 2 and a half months after we had sent the documents in. Everything has gone perfectly thanks to John. He is extremely efficient and knowledgeable and would strongly recommend him. The process was intimidating for us and we had met with a few other lawyers earlier however none of them made us feel as comfortable as John did (he kept checking in with us throughout the process). We have already recommended him to other friends and would continue to do so in the future.
