My son was involved in an accident where he had a skull fracture. He was transported to a specialty hospital for children and was in intensive care for a week. We didn’t know what to do.... I left a message for Jim and he called me back personally. He was more concerned about the well being of my son then any legal action. We stayed in contact until my son was out of the hospital and I was sure that I needed to protect and fight for my boy’s future. It was the best thing I could have ever done. In addition, his staff was comforting and professional every single time we called or visited. Talk about a group that is on their game! Jim connected with my son and our family over the course of two years while our case took its course through the legal process. He took a vested interest in our son and his future. He was emotional at times in defending his name. At the end of the day, we never had to go to trial. Jim negotiated a settlement for my son so that he will have financial support throughout his life. I wasn’t anticipating the outcome of the process, but we couldn’t be more happy. I pray people do not find themselves in the situation we were in with a son or daughter in a life threatening event that will alter how they may go through life. But if you do, you want Jim Murphy and his amazing, talented office staff and their support on your side. I recommend Jim Murphy without reservation.
