I highly recommend Greg Chilina for legal representation. I was Trustee of a commercial building and its property. Two businesses had been renting space for many years and neither had a lease. Independently, each business had an opportunity to sell, contingent on having sound, legal leases. Each prospective buyer had an attorney to ensure that the leases were in their client's best interest. There were also time constraints to complete the sales.
