I want to say thank you to John because if it wasn’t for him I would have felony on my record and probably be in prison right now. He help me with my police evading case and he was able to drop it down to reckless driving. He help me understand everything going on in my case and answer all my questions I asked.

I have nothing but the greatest respect for the team at Underwood law firm. If I call and they were busy I knew that I would get a call no later then the next morning. I was in an accident involving a BPD officer that blew through an intersection with no lights that I could see and no siren that I could hear. 2 weeks later I receive a Ticket in the mail for failure to yield to an emergency vehicle. I think it may have been written by an officer that had not even been there when it happened. After 4 months of Postponements the City of Bakersfield backed down from John and Karie’s relentless demands to Postpone my traffic case till after my personal injury case was resolved. I have never used attorney for any traffic tickets before, I will in the future. Thank you John and Karie
