I hired one of their attorneys by the name Roger Chien and I absolutely regret not taking my case else where. This guy did not care about anything I said and made it clear he did not review the audio tapes recorded by the officers body cam more than once for he had no clue I had been robbed at gun point, first day of jury trial I am repeating the story to him and he goes, “wait he had a gun?”…. Bruuhhh… he made it clear he did not have time for my case, showed up late every court date, insisted i took a deal even after I told him clearly if they did not drop all charges I was more than ready and willing to go to trial, literally the public defender was more involved in my case than this 20 thousand dollar attorney. He made extremely inappropriate and unprofessional jokes about big Mexican wieners after he saw my bmw key after asking me if I knew what bmw stood for like WHAT TF…(I’m Mexican) All charges were dropped and I thank myself for knowing and believing I was wrongfully arrested and for NOT listening to this negligent lawyer who tried to convince me along with the DA to take a deal and avoid trial.
