After being denied twice went to Ms Scott about my brother case, long story short she won the case! Thank you for all your help and keeping us in the loop through the process.

Very helpful with wills and trusts

If I can give a zero I would , we scheduled an appointment drive 3 hrs for a paid appointment 25 minutes before the appointment Mike smith secretary says it’s not in Kern county so we will cancel . I told her forget the out of town matter we have another matter in Kern county we already booked the appointment we are going to pay for it what difference does it make if we come in for the consultation. Wasted our whole day didn’t schedule another appointment since we had this one . Totally unacceptable unprofessional , inpatient . Appointment is booked, not free , I told her how do you take new clients . I am a new client in Kern county why won’t you keep the appointment. I believe they either had an issue in the office or attorney wasn’t there or they wanted the time for someone else . Horrible

Ms. Scott explained to me over the phone what steps I need to take to start my claim. She is very nice and very patient. I will continue to use her for guidance.

I don't want to get too detailed but let it be known Erica Michelle Scott handled our social security case with a high degree of professionalism. She was courteous and responsive to all our questions and needs. I highly recommend her.
