If your reading this... all I'm going to say is go to his office and give him your money already. I did some shopping before Bo and the others did NOT ask key questions and point out things like Bo did during the free consultation which was only supposed to be 30 minutes but I stayed for an hour. I lost my job due to my situation so I utilized the installment plan the office offers. I have never been in this position before and was not aware of the process. Bo explained and walked me through everything step by step before, during and after. I didnt have to lift a finger and never appeared in court. The energy from him and his staff made me forget what I was really in the office for! I felt so at home. Bo did his thing and got my case dismissed and is currently getting it destroyed off my record. He also talked some sense into me to go back to complete my BA degree I never completed from 10yrs ago. I'm actually sad that it's all come to an end because he has made the experience actually enjoyable, we pretty much laughed through the whole process. John and his firm have done nothing less than stellar for my DUI. This case started 5 years from the time of writing and John wasn't even my original lawyer but due to the unfortunate circumstances with my prior lawyer I reached out to Underwood law firm and explained my very special case. John wanted to originally take my case for free because of the extenuating circumstances but I told him I couldn't allow that. He instead came up with a payment plan so that way i could still pay him for his time. It’s a long story, starting from when I got a speeding ticket March 2022 in the zone of 55 mph at 64 mph which I sent written declaration to the court, but still the judge found me guilty. I lost all hope, and got trial de novo, and the day before the trial I decided to hire attorney..I was so slow for this process.I called Mr. John underwood on Sunday day before Trial.Fortunately he picked up my call.
