From the first time I reached out to Bo Koenig’s office I felt as though he knew exactly what he was doing. He put me at ease on a Sunday afternoon when we first spoke. From that day forward he made me feel as though my case was just as important to him as it was to me. Bo went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and that I knew every step he was taking to get the results he and I wanted. I never expected the results he got for me (ever!) but he literally shocked me and has made me extremely pleased with the results for my case. He really did put in the time and cared a lot about how my situation was being handled. He had to go to Mojave multiple times for my case and that’s not a fun drive for anybody from Bakersfield. The night before my trial, I started panicking about my mandatory appearance for a speeding ticket. I noticed Underwood Law Firm has a free consultation, so I gave it a shot. He was willing to give very useful advice over the phone and was very down to earth. Even though my appearance was the next morning, he was willing to move around his schedule to help me out. I am very appreciative of his assistance in one of the most stressful times I've been in. My charge was reduced to a no point violation in the end. Highly recommended!

On top of a taking my case, (replacing a previous lawyer who made my entire situation worse) Underwood defended me against 3 different charges, getting the ABSOLUTE minimal for one and the other two dropped! I highly recommend Mr. Koenig, (Bo), as an attorney. Our DUI case was handled professionally and with compassion by Mr. Koenig. He worked hard for us and we prevailed both in Court and at the DMV hearing. Bo always maintained excellent communications with us through the entire process. John and Kari are hands down the best attourneys I could have gotten for my DUI and in my situation it was a pretty complicated situation, they fought for me and kept me out of jail even when that's all the court wanted.
