My son hired Mr. Cloud for a child custody case. I don't think Mr. Cloud was interested in my sons case at all. Mr. Cloud did not meet one on one with my son before meeting him for the first time in court. My son supplied his staff all necessary information regarding the case. Mr. Cloud did not use any of the info. In fact my son had to negotiate his visitation schedule. When the case was over we requested a call, it was scheduled Mr. Cloud never called. He took the money and ran. Really disappointed with the way he represented my son in court.

2 years ago I was suddenly faced with a surprise divorce. I didn't know where to turn, Mr. Cloud was recommended to me. I made an appointment for a consultation with Mr. Cloud. I explained my situation, and he told me which direction to go. I retained his services , and he and his staff directed my steps and I'm glad I listened. Everything was explained clearly and laid out for me. By retaining his services I saved big time on my situation. I hired Bobby for a divorce that ended up being a long and lengthy process ( almost 2 years). I always felt he and the paralegal had my back and understood my situation. They did a great job and I never felt at a disadvantage with my ex. I am highly satisfied with every aspect of Mr. Clouds firm. He was extremely diligent, knowledgeable and communicative throughout my entire case. I hired Bobby Cloud for an admittedly strange case. I needed to file as an independent in order to legally report my total income to FAFSA. Not the combined income of my mother and myself. After meeting with Bobby, I was charged over $500 for the case, which he agreed to take on. After that meeting I received no email, call, or contact whatsoever from his office. After a month of waiting I called and asked how my case was going. I was assured that we would be in contact. It's been over a year. No call. No email. No text. No explanation. To me Bobby Cloud seems lazy and I would have serious doubts about using him as a lawyer. He doesn't fight for you. He collects money and then forgets about you. Spend your money and time elsewhere.

Bobby is my go to guy. He is always honest to me, I will call him for questions and he always is willing to help. Bobby is known all over town, so I was referred by a friend who used him and won custody. The other thing is Bobby has never ripped me off, he is fair when it comes to the money part. I would highly recommend him.

Hired Mr Cloud to fight to at least keep my sons paternal rights as they had been for 4 years. Ended up losing time with his daughter AND paying more child support to a very unworthy mother. Said he was going to use evidence to show what a poor excuse of a mother she is but never used any of it. No one even verified that she had complied with a court order.
