My wife was in a bad car accident when a woman ran a red light and completely totaled our car in downtown Bakersfield. Unfortunately, our insurance and the other drivers insurance companies were not going to help us at all to quickly resolve the cost of replacing the car and the physical therapy for my wife. Due to our financial abilities at the time, we could not pay out of pocket for anything and we were completely lost and felt helpless because the insurance companies were giving us the runaround. After one meeting with an attorney (Matthew Clark) at Chain, Chain, Stiles we immediately had the answers and my wife was able to get immediate physical therapy. Our medical bills were able to be pushed back until the case was resolved and the opposing insurance company would agree to pay for them. Matthew Clark helped guide my wife and I through this extremely difficult legal path and did not lie to us about the expectations for the outcome of the case.
